Design Your Tour
An optional full-day excursions to Venice, the city of canals, gondolas, piazzas and palaces. The most famous sights include St Mark’s Square, the Doges’ Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Complete the holiday by enjoying the city’s networks of waterways on a gondola cruise!
N.B This day excursion is not suitable for wheelchair users.
An optional half-day excursion, including a lake cruise, to the picturesque villages of Limone and Malcesine. Limone has lots of unique shops and places to eat and drink, as well as abandoned lemon groves and a museum divulging its lemon growing history, whilst Malcesine is home to a castle and has a stunning mountain backdrop.

Tour Details
| Saturday & Sunday – We cross from Dover to Calais and make our way to our overnight hotel for bed and breakfast. The next day we climb into the Alps and enter Switzerland at Basle, then continue through mountain scenery into Austria. The amazing Brenner Pass carries us into Italy where we find Garda and our hotel, staying for six nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast.
Monday to Friday – Five leisurely days in which to relax in this most beautiful setting. We offer several excursions for your enjoyment.
We include a full day absorbing some of Italy’s finest scenery, taking a tour of its largest and most popular lake – beautiful Lake Garda. We take the opportunity to visit Sirmione and Bardolino – producer of world famous wines.
Join us on an optional half-day excursion, including a lake cruise, to the picturesque villages of Limone and Malcesine. Limone has lots of unique shops and places to eat and drink, as well as abandoned lemon groves and a museum divulging its lemon growing history, whilst Malcesine is home to a castle and has a stunning mountain backdrop.
We include a full-day excursion to soak up the heritage and architecture in Verona, the setting of Shakespeare’s renowned Romeo and Juliet. A chance to see Juliet’s Balcony and the impressive Roman Arena before free time for exploration and shopping.
Saturday & Sunday – After a terrific week, we retrace our steps through Switzerland to our overnight hotel for bed and breakfast. Continuing northwards through France we reach Calais for the crossing to Dover and home.
